Dr. Arnel earned his degree from The New England College of Optometry in 1997, graduating magna cum laude. With 28 years of experience, including 26 years as Chief Examiner for the national board of examiners. In his off time Dr Arnel helps instruct karate locally, sharing his focus and heart with our community.
